From the heart of Philadelphia, this segment shares its name with the waterway it follows: the Schuylkill River Trail, or SRT for short. In the language of the Dutch settlers who renamed it, Schuylkill means hidden river. For the runners who meet every Monday, its banks are instead a place to come out, to be loud and to be together. And with Richard Issa Bockari at the helm, it’s nothing but good vibes.

“I've actually never attempted this segment in terms of trying to PR,” says Richard. “We get together, run a pretty chill 5K and just talk about whatever was going on with us. The good, the bad and the ugly."

It’s this come-as-you-are camaraderie that makes Monday nights on the SRT special. Watch the film to see just how the Issa Run Crew get each other moving week in, week out.

It's never all about running. I don't like to be all about one thing. It's that desire and the will to push yourself past limits.”
