Site Performance Update – 8:30pm PDT

Posted by Michael Horvath on April 12th, 2011

One of the boxes at Amazon responsible for serving maps went down today at approximately 5:30pm Pacific. Though we brought a new server online it has taken several hours to fully restore site performance to normal. Performance should be normal as of this post and all ride data has been secure throughout. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact support@strava.com if you have any questions or concerns.
